Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India via trusted logistics providers.
2. Order Processing
• Prepaid orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may take up to 2 business days before dispatch.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2/3 cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days
These timelines may be affected by weather, courier delays, or local disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges

FREE shipping on all prepaid orders ≥ ₹1,000.

For prepaid orders < ₹1,000, a shipping charge of ₹50 applies (depending on location).
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an SMS/email with the tracking number and courier partner information. You can also check real-time status via the ‘Track My Order’ section on our website.
6. Multiple Items in One Order
If items are sourced from different warehouses, they may ship at different times. You can expect all dispatch tracking separately unless marked otherwise.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Delivery may fail due to:

Customer unavailability
Unclaimed shipments are returned after 7–10 days. For prepaid orders, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs. COD orders will not be refunded shipping or COD fees.
8. Refused or Returned Deliveries
If the shipment is refused or returned due to customer action, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping and handling costs before refunding the remaining amount or re-dispatching the order.
9. Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship internationally at this time.

No deliveries to P.O. Boxes, military (APO/FPO), or remote areas outside courier serviceability.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Modifications to shipping address or order items are not accepted once the order is packed.

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. After dispatch, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return per our Return Policy.
11. Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect each package upon receipt. For any damage, tampering, or missing items, do not accept delivery and contact our support team immediately.
