Refund policy

For the purposes of this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”), Pure Nutra Industries may be referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”, and any individual purchasing from our website shall be referred to as “the User”, “you” or “your”.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

A. General Terms

Subject to the terms outlined below, you may request cancellation, return, refund or exchange of a product purchased from www.missionmuscle.in (including mobile version). To initiate any of these actions, please write to us at care@missionmuscle.com.

B. You may request:

1. Order cancellation before it has been shipped.

2. Refund for undelivered products.

3. Return and refund/exchange if:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product is materially different from what was ordered.
  • The product violates applicable laws or was delayed, making it unusable.
  • The delivery violates the User Agreement on our website.

4. Return due to change of mind, if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Note: These rights are subject to applicable legal limitations.

C. Returns Not Eligible In The Following Cases:

  1. Product has been used, altered, or damaged while in your care.
  2. Return request not raised within the time limits specified in this policy.
  3. Allergic or adverse reactions after usage, or personal preferences (e.g., taste dislike).
  4. Incomplete or incorrect information provided to support return.
  5. Returned item does not match the original delivered product.

D. Conditions for Return and Refund:

All returns or exchanges must comply with the following:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with seals intact.
  • Request must be raised within allowed timelines.
  • Required supporting documentation and evidence must be provided.

E. Timelines & Return Process:

Raise your request within:

  1. Same day of delivery if the seal is broken or packaging is open.
  2. Within 2 business days for defective or incorrect product.
  3. Within 14 days in all other applicable cases.

You may be required to provide:

  • Brief explanation of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Any additional information as needed.

After review, if your request is approved, we’ll initiate reverse pickup and either issue a refund or exchange the product (subject to stock availability).

F. Return Shipping:

  • Use proper labeling with order ID and item name.
  • Our logistics partner may decline pickup if the parcel is improperly packed or unlabeled.
  • We offer free return shipping on approved cases.
  • Products not purchased from us but returned will not be our responsibility.

G. Refund Terms:

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
  • For COD orders, refund will be issued to your bank account or wallet upon request.
  • For prepaid orders, refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., bank issues, incorrect details).

2. ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Acceptance & Verification:

  • We may request further verification before accepting any order.
  • Orders with suspicious activity (bulk orders, multiple accounts, invalid addresses, etc.) may be cancelled at our discretion.
  • If cancelled, any vouchers used may not be refunded.

B. High Fraud Risk:

We reserve the right to suspend accounts identified as high fraud risk based on the following:

  • Invalid contact or shipping details.
  • Overuse or misuse of promo codes.
  • Frequent returns or unjustified complaints.
  • Non-payment or payment disputes.

All loyalty or referral rewards under such accounts may be forfeited.

C. User-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled if the request is received before dispatch.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the product is received.
